Fair shares. Clear numbers.
Costs are divided by confirmed attendees’ split units within each expense’s selected group. Expenses they already paid are credited back. Amounts are calculated in paise; rounding never changes the total.
Sheet defaults: food and alcohol → attending hosts; venue and games → everyone attending. Each expense can use everyone, hosts, guests or drinkers. Cost-sharing roles do not grant dashboard access.
Publishing makes each guest’s own balance visible after login. It sends no SMS or WhatsApp messages. RSVP, guest or expense changes automatically withdraw the split for review. Settlement payments themselves are not tracked.
